Saffron Pilates offers small group and 1-1 Reformer Pilates classes in Saffron Walden, Cambridge and the surrounding areas.

Our classes are designed to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether you're looking to increase strength and flexibility, recover from injury, or simply de-stress. Our experienced instructor Amy is passionate about pilates and is committed to helping you achieve your personal goals.

Amy has been qualified in teaching pilates for almost 10 years, and is passionate about sharing its benefits with others, with a loyal client base, many of whom have been with Amy since 2015.
